I agree with you, and I told SME that it was not acceptable to have such a
big book for so much complete papers inside, and also with color slides
copied in black and white...
Related to the paper given by Michael Rees, we had a copy of it, but it is
not integrated in the "big book". I think that Michael is connected to this
list and that he should send you a copy. But, please, let me know if you
need it.
