Surface Rougness

I am trying to determine the surface roughness of models as they come
out of an RP system. I would appreciate any inputs that the members of
the list could provide on this topic. In particular, I would like to get
the roughness average from parts made via FDM, SLS, SLA, LOM, and 3DP.

FYI
We measure parts with a PocketSurf Portable Surface Roughness Gage.
