Building upon the suggestion that someone start a mailing list for
reverse engineering, how about these ideas (offered tongue-in-cheek):
A mailing list for people seeking others to do the research for their
thesis?
A mailing list for people who don't know how to use a web search
engine, so they can ask questions like: Where can I get information
on Stereolithography?
A mailing list mailing list, for those who can find the mailing list
but not the instructions on how to sign up?
A shopping network mailing list where service bureaus can hawk their
wares?
A complaint department mailing list?
With these new lists, the RP list could be reserved for serious
discussions on RP subjects (and OT humor).
