i had the same problem from a customer. what i eventually found out was
that there is a known 'bug' in the current version and it's not supposed
to be fixed until the next version which is to be available in may. the
customer ended up going straight to intergraph (who makes it, i guess) and
they had to do the translations in their beta version of the new release.
i personally haven't ever seen the package. this information was given to
me from my customer. hope it helps.
