TORRANCE, Calif., April 2 (Reuters) - Helisys Inc. said Thursday that it has
been informed by Nasdaq that as of March 31, 1998, its common stock no
longer qualifies for listing on the Nasdaq National Market.
The company said it has waived its right to apply for listing of its common
stock on the Nasdaq Small Cap Market, but may apply for listing in the future.
Helisys common closed at 10/16 on March 31.
