What kind of silicone are you using?
Try "Epoxy Parfilm Ultra II" spray release from Price Driscoll Corp. (800
442 3575). Use a heavy spray on sides of LOM master. Make sure the master
is sealed where sandpaper or finishing tools were used.
I don't know what kind of shifting you're talking about but gluing the
corners of large builds to the platform with five minute epoxy is always
helpful.
