Norman,

To have both hatch and fill vectors, "dhflag and uhflag" in style file
should be set to 1. It is very likely your current values are 0. We had
the same problem that you have been seeing and it took me a while to figure
it out. For more information, please refer to Maestro 1.9 Workstation User
Guide, Release Notes, page 11 and 12. Hope this helps.
