This is the personal organiser software bundled with the MS Office Package.

I'm looking for a computer tool to use to track the
status of our equipment (post sale):
- who have one of our systems
- what was the shipping configuration
- what is the current configuration
- what upgrades, repairs performed
- what kinds of contacts/inquiries come from this client
- who from the client's firm contacts us
 
By the way, we make a laser scanner/digitizing system.

Does anyone want to offer suggestions on tools that might be used
(we have access to PC and SGI platforms).
