The Z height problem is a function of the 'hatch overcure' and 'print
through' it can be reduced by adjusting the hatch overcure and skin fill
cure depth parameters . These can cause other problems if you choose the
wrong values. You should be able to reduce the error to 0.1mm max.

A simpler way is to use Zslice in your Maestro slice options ( Auto Z
correct, ON, 2 layers ).
