Simeon Bojilov's Powdered Metal Process

     To all those individuals who expresssed interest
     in learning about Simeon Bojilov's powdered metal process,
     I can offer the following information:
     
     - the process is very similar to Keltool (requires SLA masters)
     - 420 Stainless is used
     - phosphoric bronze is used to infiltrate
     - Rockwell hardness of 32-34 RC
     - + - .oo4" tolerance
     - 8" x 6.5" x 3" max size
     - claimed to have less warp than Keltool
     - NDM New Design Models Inc. Syracuse NY 315-492-2933
     
     - DPT, a rapid prototyping house also in Syracuse has alot
       of experience with this process.
