We are pleased to announce to you the foundation of our new company RPC Ltd.
RPC is active in the area of Rapid Prototyping and was founded by five chemists and one technician. Everyone of us has more than 12 years of professional experience in the research and development of chemical products, especially in stereolithography.
RPC develops and produces new materials for stereolithography, vacuum casting and Rapid Tooling. In the philosophy of our company, we are commited to producing materials of high and constant quality. We are ready to advise you at any time and we are willing to collaborate on customer specific needs. To our customers, we offer attractive pricing and fast, reliable delivery of products.
At the moment, a high performance epoxy resin for stereolithography machines equipped with He/Cd lasers and a vacuum casting resin with outstanding properties are commercially available.
Under development are stereolithography resins for the Ar laser and for the small spot He/Cd-laser, as well as a vacuum casting resin for high temperature applications. Further resins for stereolithography and vacuum casting with different mechanical properties are planned. In cooperation with the School of Engineering in Fribourg, we will develop new materials to produce mold inserts for injection molding.
