We have a simple Windows utility called Surface Master that manipulates,
filters, renders for visualisation and outputs ASCII, stl, IGES surface,
VDA point, VDA surface from point cloud data ie points ordered in strips of
either x or y.

?? Can CT or MRI scan data be presented as a point cloud?? If so Surface
Master could be an answer to the stl and IGES output question.
