STL files with Unigraphics

Anyone having problems with creating STL files with Unigraphics?
The problem appears when we create a STL file with UG version 11.1.1,
Windows NT on a Digital Alpha station. The STL file don`t contain the
correct geometry, when slicing the file we receive open curves instead
of closed curves.
The problems don`t appear when we create the same STL file with UG unix
version of 11.1.1 or 11.0.2 (both Hp-Unix and Digital Unix versions).
