Number of restarts as a measure of operator competence? Hmmmm......No matter
how good you think you are everyone has a crash or delamination once in a
while. In fact, since practically the only time you would run the same part
twice is if you messed up the first one. I consider the whole process an
experimental one. I consider 95% plus success rate as just fine. The better
operator you are, the more you will push the envelope. To increase the
throughput, right? That will inevitably lead to a failed build when you go
just a tad too far. Perhaps no build failures is the mark of an operator with
no imagination or ambition.
