I am not sure if I agree with you there Bjorn, sure "fabrication" isn't a
well used term..but consider the following scenario 20-30 years ago....

Version 1: "What are you doing?" "I'm photocopying something" "Huh?"
Version 2: "What are you doing?" "I'm printing something in 2D." "Oh...."

I have to agree with Terry as far as letting nature take its course...but if
it was a matter of preference I'd still go for "holoforming" ......just `cuz
its sounds good !!
