Rapid Tooling alternative

Hi :
I'm working on my thesis project about Rapid Tooling Processes. The
way I'm doing rapid tooling is similar to the 3D keltool
process of 3D
systems, but I'm trying other materials like epoxy resins instead of the
"Metal Mix" used by keltool. The aim is to make cores and cavities
suitable to be used for injection molding of termoplastics (at low
pressure and temp.)

I wonder if anyone knows or have used any material that could work
similar to the "Metal Mix" for making "hard tooling" or "Bridge tooling" ?
Is anyone there working in similar projects ?
I will like to get in contact, maybe we could exchange some experiences.

Thanks in advance for your help...
