Hi Allen
You can download the free demo version of our DeskProto
software (for Rapid Prototiping on an affordable CNC milling machine).
It will do the trick:
Open the DXF file using FILE New
Use FILE Save Geometry and select STL.
Do download the demo from our web site www.spline.nl
Note: this does NOT work for all DXF files: only for files that
contain the same triangle facets as in STL.
Files from 3D Studio do so.
