DTM Corporation develops, manufactures and markets the Sinterstation
family of rapid prototyping products for application in the growing rapid
manufacturing marketplace.
As part of our expansion in the Pacific Rim, we are looking for a Field
Service Representative to be based in Korea.
Position available immediately for a well qualified individual to perform
field service on rapid prototyping hardware in the Pacific Rim.
Job duties include:
Provide troubleshooting support for customers.
Travel extensively to customer sites to perform routine maintenance
tasks.
Handle installation and preventative maintenance of machines.
Respond to customer inquires on the telephone, through on-line networks,
and by mail.
Communicate with customers to schedule maintenance and service calls.
Must possess excellent communication skills and the ability to read and
interpret engineering drawings, schematics and handbooks.
Must be fluent in Korean and English; proficiency in Japanese desired.
Knowledge of electro/mechanical hardware and electronic circuit theory is
required along with the ability to read and interpret system schematic
diagrams. Extensive travel in the Pacific Rim is required.
Experience in Customer Service is required. A working knowledge of Windows,
UNIX and PLC code is a plus. Extensive training in the USA will be
provided.
Technical degree with 2 to 4 years field service experience preferred.
