We experienced the same problem a few months after our 250/50 was
installed last August. First 3D fix was more velcro, but that failed
soon after. Final fix was a couple of sheet metal screws into the side
wall of the vat enclosure. This makes it more difficult to remove when
you want to adjust the vacuum on the Zephyr since you must remove the
vat completely in order to get to the screws. But, it certainly
proevents the %@#$ thing from falling off!
