The response to my brief survey was much better than expected, so I'm
extending the deadline to Friday, March 7. If you represent an RP service
organization, I would appreciate your input. Your individual responses
will be kept confidential. I'll make the composite results available at
the upcoming RPA/SME RP&M '97 conference in Dearborn. After the
conference, I'll post the results on the rp-ml. Thanks for your support.
