In preparation for the weekends, we setup those jobs on Friday, then run the
estimator to know when to come in and start the next job. We are in and out
within 30 minutes.

Also, scheduling two people on alternating weekends helps. I have been in
this business for some time now and each year customers demands call for
faster delivery. I do agree that working weekends are a hassle, but it only
gets worse as this industry matures and customer's expectations continue to
grow.
