talents of designers, engineers and prototype technicians, moving
from concept to functional prototypes and short-run castings in only
weeks. Candidates must be highly motivated, committed, and able to
work in a fast-paced, team-based atmosphere.
Industrial Designer:
A creative individual with a minimum of 3 years experience. Excellent
visualization, presentation and organization skills needed.
Experience with 3-D modeling using ProE required. Alias/wavefront
rendering a plus. Candidate must have a proven ability to manage
projects, and propel concepts into manufacturable products.
Prototype Technician [Model Maker]:
Experienced model maker possessing all traditional fabrication shop
skills along with project management experience. Expertise with
silicone mold-making and cast urethanes. Experience with painting and
finishing, as well as foam modeling is desired. Computer modeling
experience, specifically ProE, is a plus. Familiarity with rapid
prototyping technologies [SLA & LOM], and prototype part preparation
also a plus.
