Subject: thin layers and manners

Has anyone out there heard of any rp systems that can build a layer
thickness in the 5-10 micron range. Someone at this company remembers
some discussion about ultra thin layers. I have had some success with
.0025" layers with my SLA-250 but anything smaller would be difficult
     with my current setup.

I know 5-10 micron layers sounds like a stretch, make that a leap, but
please let me know if anyone has heard of any work or discussions in
     this area.

On another matter, I don't see why people feel the need to send a
message to the entire rp-ml to point out a problem with an attached
file. I think most people could see that there was a problem and that
attaching a file doesn't work. A friendly, private reply to the poor
unfortunate soul that had the nerve to make a mistake would probably
     suffice.

Building up sure beats tearing down!
