Dear Michael:

Our company produces polyurethane materials for production of plastic
parts with various mechanical properties. We offer polyurethanes for
production of rigid (similar to ABS), temperature resistant (up to 250
degrees F), transparent, and flexible (shore A 60) components.

These materials are available in cans or in sealed de-aired cartridges.
The cartridge system is used in conjunction with our vacuum chamber
which allows polyurethane injection into vacuum. This machine is called
the Protomix System, and we have a video on its operation.

It is possible to paint polyurethane parts with various types of paint.
Another way to add color is to introduce a pigment into a transparent
polyurethane.

If a silicone mold is used, almost every feature is duplicated including
finger prints as well. Our materials shrink an average of 0.15%,
however, by heating the silicone mold to 140 degrees F (60 degrees C) it
is possible to reduce the percentage of shrink to almost zero.

Best regards,
Michael Tsenter
