I think it is a rp mailing list (and not a list for all things around
the world)!
I do not know what the two numbers (49) and (0) or v: / f: / e: means in your
telephone number. It is the same question like the "+". I think,
everybody can do these in a way they want to use (and they able to
use)!
In order to have a discussion about these thing i don't need a rp
mailing list.
