Why dont you use the SLA user part at first ?
How to use the part for testing the accuracy of (SLA-) machines is well
documented in Paul Jacob's well-known book "Rapid Prototyping and
Manufacturing". And the STL-file can be downloaded at
ftp://fantasia.eng.clemson.edu/SLA/STL_objects/
