Proposed new rule

I propose that we modify the mailing list rules as follows:

1) Subscribers may introduce themselves one time. This introduction may
include a description of the products and services that they offer.
Postings of this type would have a specific subject line ("New subscriber
introduction") so that readers not wishing to read these postings may
delete them.

2) Subscribers may announce new products and services that they offer,
provided that the new product or service is more that an incremental step.
Subscribers are limited to one such posting per quarter. Postings of this
type would have a specific subject line ("New product" or "New service") so
that readers not wishing to read these postings may delete them.
