     I think I've seen something from either Mattel or Hasbro about a
project involving dolls. I'd have to check my files to confirm which one.
But the idea of starting from scans of children seems new, and rather
interesting. Can we imaging a future Christmas when Sally and Bobby go to
sit on Santa's knee and get scanned for posterity. On their way out of
the mall, they get a pair of dolls made in their own likenesses.
Personally, it feels a bit spookey. But then I'm just a little old fashioned.
