SLS-surface finish techniques

Currently I am doing research on the SLS-surface finish. The
SLS-prototypes for example can be treated with expoxy to give it a
more glossy and stronger surface.

What SLS surface finishing techniques are used in the industry ?
(we have seen some bleu SLS-prototypes, were they specially treated?)

Anyone out there willing to share some information.
