Subject: Honey Extracter
We have a Dadant Honey Masters extracter with a 62" diameter tank. We have used
rubber bands and paper clips to hold parts to the back wall. Seemed to hold the parts
well but the pull from the rubber bands can deflect thin walls. So next we tried putting
parts in a box surrounded by bunched up newspaper. This has worked very well since
we can then cure the paper and the box and dispose of them. The only problem has
been that the parts can't get away from the resin thats coming out from the inside to well
so we end up spending more time cleaning off the outside of the parts than before. With
the box method we also had to counter balance the tank. Hope this helps
