I would like information on the Rapid Protyping Bulletin Board (E.G. what is 
format, who uses, how to subscribe).  Would appreciate a response as soon as 
possible.  The Johns Hopkins University Applied Physics Laboratory is 
spearheading the development of a new rapid manufacturing tool that will 
produce titanium near shape parts from powder/laser interaction.
