        If you are considering the purchase of a Cubital Solider 5600
machine, Protogenic can save you hundreds of thousands of dollars.  Our
two-year old machine has been fitted with all of the latest upgrades, runs
extremely well, and is very reliable.  It has less than 700 hours of run
time on it.
        We are selling the machine because it doesn't fit our business.
Since we now use the epoxy resin from 3D Systems in our SLA's, our
customers expect the higher accuracy and greater durability and stability
of the epoxy.  We find that we use the Solider machine very rarely.
        Included in the package for sale is the Automatic Dewaxing Machine
(ADM) and approximately $20,000 worth of resin, wax, and spare parts.
