Hi Karl,

Cost is somewhat relevant to part complexity but generally about 20K. The 
process will produce 5000 to 10000 parts so you can amortize that to get 
piece part cost.  Accuracy is equivalent to conventional injection 
molding, tolerances of +/- .003" (.08mm) are held consistently. In terms of 
size, I am currently working to develop the process on a larger scale, 
about 12 x 12.  This brings a host of new problems which need to be 
addressed, but progress is being made. I'll keep you up to date.
