     In addition to working with the chordheight and angle features, we have found
that it is possible to get lower minimum values if the SETUP ACCURACY is
lowered from the .012 value all PRO-E databases start with.  For our process,
when we are modeling the parts for SLA, the first thing we will do is change the
accuracy from .012 to .0005 or less, depending on the part.  This will, however;
cause longer regenerations and can cause some features that may regenerate
at the coarser accuracy to need redefined.  Any rate, the end result are better RP
models, which is the most important goal.  It should be noted that your workstation
needs some "intestinal fortitude" ie 96+ memory and a darn good CPU.  We are
using an SGI 2 Extreme with 128M memory and the R4400 CPU and I have still had
parts take 15 to 30 minutes to generate the .stl file.  Hope this will help other Pro users.
